1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of heusomshop.com and your purchases from HeusomShop, which is operated by MPS CAPITAL GROUP LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to place an order. We sell and ship to addresses in the United States only.

3. Products and descriptions

We try to describe our products and show their images as accurately as possible. Measurements are approximate, and colors may look different on your screen. Items shown in use in photos are not included unless the product description says so.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Prices and availability may change without notice. Payment is due when you place your order and is processed by our payment processors. Charges appear on your card statement as "heusomshop".

5. Order acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing or description error, product unavailability or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid.

6. Shipping and delivery

Orders are shipped from China. Processing and delivery times, package arrangements and import charges are described in our Shipping Policy, which is part of these terms.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

8. Intellectual property

The content of this store, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the store, including by trying to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, using it for unlawful purposes, or submitting false or fraudulent information.

10. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", and we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in our policies. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable law that cannot be waived.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MPS CAPITAL GROUP LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the store or your purchases. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to these terms or your purchases will be brought in the courts located in the State of Florida.
