1. Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States only.

2. Shipped from China

All products are shipped directly from our supplier in China. Your order does not ship from the United States.

3. Processing time

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days after you place your order.

4. Delivery time

Delivery takes 7-12 business days after your order has shipped. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Together, processing and delivery take up to 16 business days after the order date. Delays may occur because of carrier issues, customs clearance, weather or high order volume.

5. Tracking

When your order ships, we will send you an email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after shipment. The delivery date of your order is the date shown in the carrier tracking information.

6. Separate packages

If you order more than one item, your products may arrive in separate packages and on different dates. You will not be charged extra for this.

7. Customs, duties and import charges

Because your order is shipped from China, customs duties, import taxes, tariffs and brokerage or handling fees may apply. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price shown at checkout unless stated otherwise at checkout.

8. Shipping address

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address that you provided. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at support@heusomshop.com.

9. Orders not delivered

If your order has not arrived within 16 business days after the order date, please contact us at support@heusomshop.com. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy.
